Job Description
Johnson Brothers is seeking a Senior Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, including inventory management, product flow, and team development. The role requires a hands-on leader with operational expertise, a commitment to team development, and continuous improvement. The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including day and night shifts, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience in warehouse management or similar leadership role
- Previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred; HighJump experience is a plus
- Experience and knowledge of applicable federal regulations, including OSHA and DOT requirements
- Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and safety standards
- Proven ability to develop and analyze procedures related to warehousing and distribution activities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
