Warehouse Supervisor

Johnson Brothers is a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, delivering exceptional service since 1953. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our 2nd Shift/evening warehouse team.

Requirements

• Hands-on leadership and the direction of the workflow and performance of employees
• Monitor employee's productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency
• Lead by example to motivate and train employees
• Enforce compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules
• Maintain company quality and quantity standards
• Screen and provide input on hiring warehouse personnel
• Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with OSHA standards
• Drive safety in all conversations and practices
