The Claims Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise to clients throughout the insurance claim process, from reporting to resolution. Daily duties include reviewing policies, monitoring the reporting and resolution process, performing claims reviews, and supporting customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in handling, processing, and advising customers on complex commercial insurance claims
- Valid Georgia P&C license
- High level of service orientation towards internal and external customers
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- High level of reasoning ability, task prioritization, and initiative
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, with ability to independently find and use required information
- Experience with an Agency Management System is a plus
