Claims Specialist - Commercial Lines Insurance

The Claims Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise to clients on commercial insurance claims from reporting to resolution, with a focus on high service orientation and team-based work.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years work experience in handling, processing and advising customers regarding complex commercial insurance claims
• A valid Georgia P&C license
• A high level of service orientation towards internal and external customers
• Ability to work within a team based environment
• High level of reasoning ability, task prioritization and initiative
• Professional level verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate, able to independently find and use required information
• Experience with an Agency Management System is a plus
