The Claims Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise to clients on commercial insurance claims from reporting to resolution, with a focus on high service orientation and team-based work.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years work experience in handling, processing and advising customers regarding complex commercial insurance claims
- A valid Georgia P&C license
- A high level of service orientation towards internal and external customers
- Ability to work within a team based environment
- High level of reasoning ability, task prioritization and initiative
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate, able to independently find and use required information
- Experience with an Agency Management System is a plus
