Job Description
The primary responsibility of the BMS Technician is to work on the installation, repair, calibration, and maintenance of building automation systems, including HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing, as well as other building systems such as Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, Lighting, CCTV, Security, and Access. The incumbent will work together with Senior Building Automation Maintenance Technicians and Engineers for successful maintenance of after-sales projects and installation on upgrade and expansion.
Requirements
- Graduate of Electrical or Electronics technician/vocational course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Internet Browser
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical system
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good in testing instruments and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of safe work practices
