As a full-time role, this position requires proven experience as a BMS or HVAC service technician, with a strong understanding of building automation systems, and technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, or building automation systems.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
