Chargé de Projet

As a global leader in intelligent, healthy, and sustainable buildings, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one or more construction contracts in the context of eco-energy projects, while maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors. The role requires strong project management skills, a thorough understanding of commercial and contractual structures, and excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in construction project management
• Responsibility for a medium to large-sized project, management of existing contractual commitments with contractors
• Ability to communicate fluently in French and English (oral and written)
• Thorough knowledge of complex commercial and contractual structures, legal and financial transactions
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to convince, negotiate, and influence other people
