Controls Lead Systems Specialist I

Requirements

• Minimum of a technical associate's degree with two years of field experience or four years of equivalent related field experience.
• Applicable Access Control, Fire, Video, and/or systems design and commissioning experience.
• Appropriate licensing, certifications, and relevant hands-on experience.
• Ability to perform work independently.
• Strong personal computer skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of control theory and HVAC systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of project accounting, costing principles and contracting (preferred).
