Job Description
As a Controls Project Engineer, you will manage the technical delivery of Building Management and HVAC Controls projects from initial design through to project closeout, ensuring system designs meet customer requirements and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent technical qualifications.
- Experience in building controls, HVAC controls, or automation engineering, with strong understanding of BMS system design and project delivery.
- Ability to interpret and develop engineering drawings, schematics, and control strategies.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC plant, control sequences, electrical/control circuits, and field devices.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal engineering/commissioning teams.
- Excellent communication, planning, and documentation skills.
- Strong problem solving ability and confidence managing technical elements of complex projects.
- Familiarity with BMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON) and IT/networking fundamentals is an advantage.
- Industry standard health & safety certification (Safe Pass or equivalent)
