Job Description
Emergency Dispatch Operator (EDO) provides customer service, monitors and responds to alarms and signals, and dispatches authorities. Responsibilities include documenting alarm handling procedures and notifying responsible parties. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply and will receive additional compensation.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to type between 20 – 25 wpm
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
