Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Agents and/or Dispatchers Needed: Starting at $16-$18 hourly based on experience! Built-in promotion program allows for 2 raises in the first six months.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years old
• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience; one year or more call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to type between 20 - 25 wpm
• Basic knowledge of computer applications
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
