Job Description
As a Finance Analyst, you will support finance transformation initiatives and drive process simplification, standardization, and successful ERP implementation across finance workstreams. You will work closely with business leaders, global and business process owners, and finance teams to support enterprise-wide process simplification and standardization.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in finance operations, RTR, or ERP project environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Advanced Excel skills (worksheets, tables, finance formulas/functions).
- Detail-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
