Requirements
- Respond to service calls and diagnose, repair, and install electronic fire alarm systems and related building systems
- Maintain clear communication with customers and district staff
- Participate in on-call rotations and assist with training or mentoring team members
- Provide proactive solutions to improve building efficiency and resolve service-related issues
- Program fire alarm, security, and access control system panels
- Complete and submit all required task-related documentation
