Role Overview

Join Johnson Controls as an HVAC Controls Systems Engineer and contribute to the design, configuration, and operation of building control systems. What You Will Do

Design, configure, and operate building control systems, including low-voltage control sub-systems. Develop software programs, commission, and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper operations. Provide detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems, and other building subsystems
• Demonstrated experience in the integration of low-voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols
• Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience
• Advanced computer skills, particularly computer-related drafting tools
