HVAC Controls Systems Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Controls Systems Technician to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. This role involves performing system commissioning, troubleshooting, and resolving basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or similar field
• 2 years of industry experience or experience in servicing electronic and/or mechanical systems in the HVAC industry
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent Johnson Controls to customers and other outside contacts
• Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people
• Leadership skills to support the activities of Mechanics working on non-complex, non-critical Building Automation equipment
