As a HVAC Systems Engineer at Johnson Controls, you will design, configure, and commission building control systems, including fire, security, and low voltage control sub-systems. You will work on complex software programs, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed information to customers and teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of six years of experience, or an associate degree in a related technical field with five years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of controls COMMISSIONING & START UP in construction or HVAC industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building subsystems
- Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e. LON, BacNet, etc)
- Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience
- Advanced computer skills, particularly computer-related drafting tools
