Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an HVAC or Service Technician
- Relevant trade qualification (Refrigeration / Electrical / Mechanical)
- Hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and fault finding
- Exposure to Building Automation Systems (BAS) highly regarded
- Ability to read schematics and produce clear technical reports
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel within the local region as required
