Job Description
Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking HVAC truck-based journeymen mechanic to join their organization and support the fast-growing HVAC business in North America. The successful candidate will have practical work experience in HVAC piping, plumbing, and/or mechanical equipment service industry and be able to provide exceptional service to customers.
Requirements
- Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO
- Minimum of Three (3) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry
- Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and valid driver's license
- Able to use vibration equipment to trouble shoot drivelines
- Mechanical shaft alignment using dial indicators, etc. of pumps, fans, Compressors
