Job Description

As an Inside Sales Engineer - Refrigeration, you will provide technical support with a focus on refrigeration technologies, product selection assistance, and order entry documents. You will work closely with District Sales Managers to provide customer-centric support to contractors, consulting engineers, and end users. Requirements
- Technical Bachelor's degree (Engineering Degree highly preferred)
- Technical background in refrigeration or food and beverage industry
- Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), internet software, and email
- One to three years of experience in industrial or ammonia refrigeration (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as required based on assignments
