Customer Service Technician (Fire Protection) responsible for maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications to stationary fire suppression systems. Advises customers on service offerings and participates in on-call duty.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the technical field (mechatronics technician, gas fitter, water installer, mechanical engineer for sanitary, heating, and air-conditioning technology)
- Professional experience in stationary fire protection and fire alarm
- Knowledge of relevant guidelines (VDE, DIN, VdS)
- Self-employed and service-oriented work
