Oversee manufacturing engineering and maintenance functions in a plant environment, ensuring alignment with operational goals and standards. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize plant efficiency and equipment reliability.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in maintenance management or engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Maintenance management software and engineering tools proficiency
- Fluency in English
