Johnson Controls is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate, program, assign, execute, supervise and control the maintenance tasks assigned to their process. The successful candidate will be responsible for building maintenance, coordinates maintenance activities for machinery, meets deadlines for delivery of tools and machinery to production, and more.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering: Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics.
- 5 years of experience in similar activities.
- 75% English proficiency.
- Knowledge and experience in electromechanics and PLC's.
- High level of knowledge in electrical testing, PLC programming and modification of testing standards.
- Interpretation of hydraulic and electrical control diagrams.
- Inventory control and management.
- Domain of System MP2.
- Domain of PC Software: Office Package.
- Experience in TPM, Kaizen processes, JIT, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and Capacity to work by objectives.
- Knowledge in 8D's.
- Knowledge in ISO 14001 system.
- Knowledge in CI-TRACK.
- Safety, Health and Environment: must know and comply with the guidelines of the Management System, support people to contribute to the effectiveness of the Management System and to achieve the planned objectives, goals and targets, promote Improvement, and report and take action on any situation that may affect the Management System or environmental or personnel risk situation.
