Manufacturing Engineer

Supports manufacturing and facilitates continuous improvement processes. Develops solutions for production problems and supports new products and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of progressive, hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
• Knowledge of formal problem-solving methods
• Experience with financial controls and product costing
• Previous experience in Plant Operations Manager, Plant Continuous Improvement Manager, or Plant Manager
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Internet software and E-mail
