Manufacturing Program Manager

Johnson Controls is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead end-to-end management of manufacturing programs, ensure clear scope, timelines, and deliverables, and drive improvements in performance, scalability, and productivity across manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing programs or complex projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
• Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid Visa and Passport.
