Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Johnson Controls is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulations, and to develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools, including Six Sigma, DMAIC, and root cause analysis.
• Proficient in statistical analysis and quality management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
