We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the commercial and operational performance of our Installation business within ADT, a market-leading brand in Fire & Security and part of Johnson Controls. The role involves driving financial performance, delivering projects on time and within budget, and working closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure strong governance and customer outcomes.

- Confident stakeholder management skills
- P&L experience and Fire & Security industry background desirable
