Job Description
Johnson Controls is seeking an Operations Materials Manager to execute and control daily materials operations, ensuring the right material is available at the right time and in the right quantity. The role requires strong execution, problem-solving, and team leadership skills on the production floor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in a position like Materials Manager
- Solid experience in material flow, receipt, picking, route creation, Kanban, etc.
- SAP MM module management
- Knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing tools (Kanban, FIFO, 5S)
- Conversational/ business-level English
- Flexibility of schedule
