Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Siebel CRM, with a strong focus on technical architecture and implementation
- In-depth knowledge of Siebel tools, scripting, and administration
- Experience with integration technologies such as EAI, EIM, and Java web services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
