Payroll Operations Specialist

Johnson Controls is seeking a Payroll Operations Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across the Johnson Controls group in ANZ. The role involves providing day-to-day payroll operational support, maintaining payroll process documentation, and ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Payroll or HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of interpreting Awards and EBAs
• Experience with payroll systems such as Chris21, Ramco, Workday, or MS CRM Dynamics
• Background in unionized environments
• Payroll certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
