Principal Engineer leading the development and innovation of RDHX products, focusing on performance, reliability, and cost optimization, with responsibilities including product development, supply chain construction, market research, customer analysis, product testing, technical analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering, thermal energy and power engineering, automation, refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in large device/system R&D or data center cooling related work
• Experience in global product development management, thermal management or heat exchanger product development, project management, team leadership, and cross-cultural communication
