Johnson Controls is a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings, seeking a Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- +6 months of experience in process engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process optimization methodologies.
- Experience with BOM's, ECN's and other process improvement tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information.
- Fluent in English
