Procurement Leader

Manage procurement activities to achieve goals and objectives, lead supplier sourcing, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. Develop strategic sourcing plans, collaborate with suppliers, and perform project management tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Technical related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in sourcing and/or quality in manufacturing industry
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin language is an added advantage (Preferred).
• User experience in ERP system e.g. SAP and etc.
• Logistics knowledge (ocean shipment, airfreight, bonded warehousing, container language/types, customs & relevant authorities’ documentation
• Detailed understanding of procurement policy and procedure, including purchasing, shipping, delivery, receiving, preparing and issuing
• Understanding of the sales and production cycle of the air-conditioning industry and be able to comply with the procurement activities for best industry practice
• Knowledge on ISO9001, ISO14001, 5S and production, safety policy and procedure
