Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operation workers to achieve production goals, ensure safety and sanitation regulations, and provide leadership and ownership of product quality.

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in related field
• 3 or more years' experience as a production supervisor
• Training and knowledge of Six Sigma techniques, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing
• Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse, and transportation management
• Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering, as well as inventory control of these items
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team
• Strong customer service orientation
• First Aid skills and/or certificates
