Project Manager

Project Manager for new projects from A to Z, responsible for technical quality, planning, delivery, and aftercare, and profitability within budget and timing. Lead project teams to timely installation and completion of projects, develop and maintain project implementation plans, and ensure risk and claim management.

Requirements

• At least a HBO level education completed
• Additional project management education completed (IPMA; PMT; Prince2, etc.)
• Relevant work and technical experience, preferably in the automation of high-end utility buildings
• Strong affinity with building-related mechanical processes
• Good PC skills (MS – Office, MS-Visio, MS-Project)
• Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of English (in writing and in speech)
• Driving license B
