Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer at Johnson Controls, you will drive the execution of quality goals and objectives by proactively driving actions to meet internal and external customer expectations for quality. You will work cross-functionally to identify causes of potential product/process failures and drive corrective and preventative actions internally and/or with suppliers and customers as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another technical field
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a quality engineering role
• Proven track record using structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve manufacturing and systemic issues
• Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
