Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to drive the execution of quality goals and objectives, and work cross-functionally to identify causes of potential product/process failures and drive corrective and preventative actions.
Requirements
- BS in engineering, quality management or other technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a quality engineering role in a manufacturing environment preferred and customer facing
- Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Effectively operate in facilitate cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate with multiple cultures/regions
- Proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement in a manufacturing environment
- Exceptional mechanical aptitude
