Johnson Controls is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop and manage account portfolios, build strong relationships with customers, and promote Building Management System (BMS) solutions.
Requirements
- Actively engage customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for Controls/BMS solutions.
- Develop sales leads through customer visits, networking and outreach activities.
- Promote BMS products and systems to design institutes, industry associations and integrators.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support longâterm engagement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Plan and contribute to annual securedâorder strategies aligned with departmental goals.
- Prepare tenders and proposals for customers; participate confidently in negotiation and bidding discussions to secure orders at healthy profit levels.
- Manage order followâthrough, including tracking progress and coordinating with crossâfunctional teams.
- Provide monthly reporting on secured orders, revenue progress and key nonâfinancial indicators.
- Continuously strengthen knowledge of Controls/BMS products, company offerings and industry trends.
- Gather market intelligence and share insights to support business decisions.
