Requirements
- College Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field or comparable work experience
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience, including 3 years of field sales management experience in a business-to-business environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, follow-up, organizational skills
- Organizational agility, ability to effectively interact with internal organization and customer organizations
- Functional/Technical Skills in leading a sales organization comprised of diverse team members
- Ability to work in a matrix structure, dealing with conflict resolution issues, exercising managerial courage as appropriate while learning/change ability
- Action Oriented, results driven, managing & measuring team's results
- Financial business acumen. Forecasting, P&L experience
- Ability to travel nights and weekends to accommodate the customer's agenda
