Senior Program Manager (hybrid)

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Program Manager for its advanced R&D facility in Marinette, WI, in a hybrid work environment. The role requires overseeing NPI projects for Fire Suppression products, preparing reports, and establishing deadlines. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in electronic product design and new product introduction, as well as experience in program management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of professional experience in electronic product design and new product introduction
• 8+ years of experience in program management
• Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects to completion
• Familiarity with PMI's Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK)
• Experience with product launches
