Job Description
Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Engineer to provide exceptional engineering services to customers across various aspects of system maintenance and service delivery across CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
Requirements
- Strong experience in integrated enterprise-level systems
- Hands-on experience with Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, FLIR Latitude, ProWatch, and Commend.
- Experience with high-end CCTV cameras (Bosch, Axis, Optical/Thermal imaging)
- Experience with Grade 3 Intruder Alarm installations (Galaxy, Texecom, and peripherals)
- Familiarity with Senstar Omnitrax/Fibre Patrol and Fibre Optic systems (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally with customers
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and able to work independently
- Professional demeanor and customer-centric approach
