We are seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team, responsible for performing service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry and possess strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of documented experience in Fire Sprinkler industry performing service and repair to Sprinkler and Suppression systems
- Computer/phone skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, and mobile apps and functions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements
- Overnight travel may be required
- Must maintain truck inventory to ensure timely response to customer needs
- Must adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements
- Follow verbal and written instructions
- Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 60 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
- Must be able to follow, read, and understand all safety requirement of the company and the customer
- This role does require an on-call rotation
- NICET certification
- Backflow certification
- Fire pump experience
