Supplier Scheduler

Johnson Controls is looking for a Supplier Scheduler to lead field procurement, including supplier scouting, selection, management, and price & contract negotiation. The role will also oversee supplier performance and report to the Line of Business procurement leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related Business Degree.
• +3 years of sourcing/procurement experience.
• SAP knowledge
• Excellent negotiation skills; familiar with contracting.
• Knowledge of cost reduction methods and tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external relationship management.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience in working with multi-cultural and multifunctional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
