Supply Chain Program Manager

Johnson Controls is a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings, seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead and coordinate outsourcing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, I, Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus)
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with outsourcing or vendor-led projects
• Spoken and written English. Able to carry on a conversation without difficulty
• Proven ability to manage international teams and navigate cross-cultural communication
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello)
