Requirements
- A solid understanding of networking capabilities, including the configuration of network hardware
- Experience in installing and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, with a focus on network and security settings
- A broad understanding of IT fundamentals and computer system architecture
- Strong stakeholder management skills across various levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
