Johnson Controls is looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities on assigned equipment and installations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in maintenance, manufacturing, or engineering, and at least 5 years of experience as an industrial technician.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technical career, preferably in maintenance, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Practical and technical knowledge to resolve electrical, electronic, and CNC control failures.
- Practical and technical knowledge to resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures.
- Knowledge of Maintenance KPIs, Downtime, MTTR, MTBF.
- Availability to work 24/7 and weekends.
- 5 years or more of experience as an industrial technician.
- Experience as a leader or in personnel management.
- Understanding of OEE.
- 50% spoken and written English.
- Engineering level or similar.
- Practical experience in electrical control or PLC, servo motors, servo drives, and tools.
- Computer skills and familiarity with programs such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Sense of urgency.
