Transition Manager

Join Johnson Controls as a Transition Manager and lead large transition projects from construction to operation phase. Work on projects valued at $1 to $50M or more, and have a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry
• Management experience with projects related to Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire management and Security management systems
• Act as primary project leader on assigned projects
• Manage costs, billings and collections
• Negotiate, prepare and issue subcontracts
• Ensure project document controls are in compliance with contract requirements and JCI standards
• Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with customers, consultants, prime contractors and subcontractors
