Construction Project Manager, BAS Controls

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead large HVAC Controls construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry, with a focus on Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire management, and Security management systems.

Requirements

• 6 years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry
• Management experience with projects related to Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire management, and Security management systems
• Experience with executing projects within healthcare industry/market
• PMI/PMP certification within 2 years of employment
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience
• Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems
• Strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office, Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment
