Construction Project Manager- BAS Controls

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for our BAS Controls team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on building construction and HVAC controls. The role involves leading large-scale projects, managing teams, and ensuring project execution is accurate, on-time, and within budget. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and technical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Project Scheduling software and financial accounting systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience in building construction industry
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Scheduling software and financial accounting systems
• Strong personal computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment
