Sr. Construction Project Manager, Controls

Johnson Controls is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager, Controls to lead significant HVAC Controls construction projects in the Indiana market and at customer sites. The role involves ensuring the profitable execution of assigned BAS Complex Projects, collaborating with various teams, and adhering to safety standards and project management procedures. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry and proficiency in Microsoft Project Scheduling software and financial accounting systems.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Scheduling software and financial accounting systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to convey technical material to a non-technical audience
• Management experience with projects related to Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire management, and Security management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or an Associate's Degree with equivalent work-related experience
• PMI/PMP Certification is preferred
