Customer Service I

Johnson County Mental Health is looking for a Customer Service I position for their front desk at the Shawnee office. The job requires answering phones, referring calls and customers, creating and maintaining files, and assisting customers with routine forms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• May require KS/MO driver’s license
• Reference/background screening
• One year of customer service
• One year of cashiering or money handling experience
